He was predeceased by: his parents, George Junior and Jackie Elaine Tanksley Tittle; and his siblings, Billy Ray Tittle and Brenda Tittle. He is survived by: his wife Annie Sue Tittle; his children, Steven Tittle, Jr., Ashley Nicole Osborne and Brandy Lynn Emmerson; and his sisters, Wanda Kirby, Patsy Toney and Annette Hardman. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
