She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Diggs and Elizabeth Jones Diggs; her sister Louise Diggs Matheny; her grandson Dustin Smith; and her stepgrandson Adam Keller.
She is survived by: her husband Lee Bowen; her brother Charlie Diggs (Patsy); and her children, Tiffany Bowen Breaux (John), Brian Smith (Laura), Michael Smith (Leigh), Joe Smith (Marie), Phil Bowen (Gail), Mark Bowen (Deanna) and Ben Bowen (Christy). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, and nephews.
