She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Franklin and Willie Mae Allred Brown; her former husband Buron Jack Scott; and her husband Al Julius Leitgeb. She is survived by: her children, Charles Buron Scott (Lisa) of Ellijay, GA and Nancy Lynn Scott of Ellijay, GA; her granddaughter Christina Akins (David Bartlett); her great grandchildren, Marissa Akins, Levi Akins, Veda Bartlett, Kaylee and Emma Deyton; and her siblings, Judy Harper (Norman), Mary McKinney (Harold), Carolyn Scott (Randall) and James Calvin Brown (Mary).
