She was predeceased by: her parents, A. C. Westbrook and Eula Brown Westbrook; her husband Bruce O'Kelley; her son-in-law Jack Thomason; and her siblings, Dorothy Westbrook Mullinax, Frank Westbrook, Gerald Westbrook and William Westbrook.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Thomason of Toccoa and Wayne O'Kelley (Vickie) of Hiawassee; her grandchildren, Chad Thomason of Toccoa, Brandon O'Kelley (Hailey) of Lakemont, Jessica O'Kelly of Gainesville and Marlee Gilmore of Hiawassee; and her great grandchildren, Wesley O'Kelley and Madilyn O'Kelley of Lakemont.
