He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Gabot and Era Ernestine Flynn Couch; his wife Lila Crowe Couch; his sons, Howell Leroy Couch and Timothy Lee Couch; and his brothers, John H. Couch and Clarence Couch.
He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Couch Chalfant; his daughters-in-law, Thiane Couch and Norma Couch; his grandchildren, Leah Chalfant, Scott Chalfant (Lisa), Corina Genson (Steven), Georgia Fenwick (Adam), Jhie Schramm (John) and Joseph Couch (Crystal); and his sister-in-law Josephine Couch.
In lieu of flowers those desiring may make memorial donations to Tates Creek Baptist Church, First United Methodist Church of Toccoa, or a charity of your choice.
