He was predeceased by: his father William Clarence "Bud" Bowen; and his grandparents, Eula, Clarence Chastain, Mary Ruth Bowen, Col. Hoyt Bowen, Thomas Donald Loggins and Mary Lee Loggins.
He is survived by: his mother Brenda Carole Loggins Hicks of Toccoa; his brother Jason Bowen of Toccoa; his stepbrother Michael Franklin of Seneca; his stepfather David Franklin of Seneca; and his nieces, Jennie Grace Bowen and Harper Mae Bowen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
