She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clifton Smalley and Lillie Collier Smalley; her husband James Thomas Segars; and her son Mark Anthony Segars. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lisa Segars of Toccoa; her grandchildren, Kayla (Zach Grafton), Grant (Claire Segars) and Jake (Zoie Segars); and her great grandchildren, Rylee Brooke Grafton, Jozie Marie Grafton, Anzley Rhyan Grafton and Gabriel James Segars.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Hill Street Baptist Church, P.O. Box B, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 in memory of Mrs. Joyce Smalley Segars.
