She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Westenfeld and Florence Westenfeld; her husband Robert Boltz; her grandson Asa Embry; and her sisters, Jeanette and Darlene.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Ross of Toccoa, Tammy (Todd Boucher) and Tina (Ronny Burns); her niece Deborah Wordinger (Bruce) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Amin, Allison, Andrew, Alexa, Brandon and Blaze; and her great grandchildren, Kaley, Kaden, Kassidy and Lilliana. She is also survived by children which she raised in Northeast Indiana. Family members include her son.
