He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard Mulkey and Edna Davis Mulkey; and his wife Edna Williams Mulkey. He is survived by: his daughter Megan Mulkey of Toccoa; and his friends, Donnie and Sally Moore of Toccoa. He is also survived by his cousins and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Masonic Children's Home, 1417 Nottingham Drive, Macon, Georgia 31211 in memory of Mr. Johnny Davis Mulkey.
