He is survived by: his wife Janice Ewing; his children, John Ewing, Jr. of Loganville and Wanda; his son-in-law Chris Cook of Buford; his son Steve; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Ewing of Gainesville; his grandchildren, Joshua Cook, Ashton Ewing, Peyton Ewing and Dalton Ewing; his sister Brenda; his brother-in-law Zachary Forrester of Monroe; and his sister Betty Johnson of Dacula.
