He is survived by: his son Automotive Clinic; his wife Diane Bell Hewitt; his children, Leta Hewitt Elrod (Troy), Dana Hewitt Manley (Nick) and James Paul Hewitt (Tara); his grandchildren, Brandie Fowler Mason, Katie Fowler, Christen Fowler, Allison Hewitt, Lexi Dodgins, Reagan Hewitt, Riley Hewitt, Brandon Fowler, Seth Fowler, Austin Rose and Tucker Hewitt; his great grandchildren, Leah Rose Fowler, Carson Canup, Hunter Canup, Lincoln Fowler and Maverick Fowler; and his siblings, Shirley Hewitt Bethune, Peggy Hewitt Allen, Toni Hewitt White, Robert Hewitt and John Hewitt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
