He is survived by: his sons, Ken Holland and Kris Holland of Gainesville; his siblings, Carolyn (Lowell McNeal), Marlene (Stan Addington), Jean (Nelson Conner), Shelia (Dean Johnson), Tommy (Carol Holland) and Toby (Deb Holland); his brother-in-law Carl Smith of Senoia; and his extended family John McNeal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
