He was predeceased by: his parent Wesley H. Foster. He is survived by: his parent Hazel Underwood Foster; and his brothers, Gary Foster of Toccoa, GA, Gerald Foster of Baldwin, GA and Dale Foster of Mt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
