He was predeceased by: his parent J. C. Martin; and his son Harry Martin. He is survived by: his mother Fay Berry Martin; his stepfather Larry Seeley of Toccoa; his son Jonathan Martin of Columbus, Ohio; his siblings, Richard Martin of Toccoa and Loyce; and his brother-in-law James Smith of Mt. Airy, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
