She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Arvis and Lilla Forrester Moore; her husband James Lester "Jim" Grist, Jr.; her daughters, Tereasa "Terrie" G. Harrison and Dana G. Purcell; and her brothers, Arvis Moore and Zane Moore.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda G. Maxwell; and her son-in-law David of Watkinsville, GA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces.
