She was predeceased by: her parents, H. R. LeCroy and Mabel Stephenson LeCroy; her husband Turner Bailey; her son Robert Douglas Bailey; her son-in-law Donald Collins; and her siblings, Roscoe LeCroy, Bill LeCroy, Steve LeCroy, Jewell LeCroy, Ruth Pabst, Nell Addison, Sue Spears and Louise Crawford.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Collins of Eastanollee and Stuart; her daughter-in-law Denese Bailey of Boquete, Panama; her grandchildren, Max VanMinos, Mikah Collins and Robert Bailey (Suellen Gibson); her great grandchildren, Macy Gibson, Chambers Gibson, Titan Gibson and Emelia VanMinos; and her sister-in-law Edna Waters of Arabi, Georgia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home (90 S Pond St, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Allens United Methodist Church (15577 GA-106, Eastanollee, GA 30557).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Allens United Methodist Church, 15577 Highway 106, Martin, Georgia 30557 in memory of Mrs. Jean LeCroy Bailey.
