He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian H. Cannon and Maude Crawford Cannon; and his sister Harriett Tate. He is survived by: his wife Judy Gibby Cannon; his son Tony; his daughter-in-law Crystal Cannon of Toccoa; his grandson Braxton Cannon; his brother Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Marsha Cannon of Commerce, Mitchell Gibby (Pasty) of Carnesville, Jerry Gibby (Gayle) of Toccoa and Randall Gibby of Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Amedisys Foundation, 53 Rock Drive, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 in memory of Mr. James Roger Cannon.
