She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Westmoreland; her parents, Seaborn Farmer and Isabell Kelley Farmer; and her brother Kenneth. She is survived by: her siblings, Katherine Rumsey, Jerry Farmer (Gaye) and Lenox Farmer; and her close friends, Jimmy and Deena Shelley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
