It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Allen Windus of Toccoa, Georgia, born in Belmont, New York, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Windus and Mae Corbin Windus; and his brothers, John Windus, Robert Windus, Donald Windus and Ned Windus.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Carter Windus; his children, Allen Windus and Anne; his son-in-law Donald Kelley of Toccoa; his sons, Peter (Lila Windus) and Paul (Kelly Windus); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Danielle, Joshua of Moriah, Mi and Kathleen; and his great grandchildren, Toby and Ben.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his memory to the Missions Fund at the First Baptist Church, 475 E. Tugalo Street, Toccoa, GA 30577.
