He is survived by: his son Rodney; his daughter-in-law Sheila Kelley of Toccoa; his grandchildren, Hayden and Bryson Kelley; and his siblings, Jerry (Donna Kelly), Darrell (Janice Kelly), Donald (Kathy Kelly), Dennis Kelly, Frankie Rife, Carmie Mullins, Mary Davis, Pauline Redman, Shirley Horn and Patty Kelly.
