He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy E. Lowe Sr. and Elizabeth Lowe; and his brother Thomas Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Janice Scott Lowe; his daughters, Amy Kimsey and Beth Lowe; his grandchildren, Mason Kimsey, Mallorie Lowe and Landon Kimsey; and his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Moore (Kelly), Renita Powell, Mark Scott (Joni) and Donnie Holland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
