He is survived by: his wife Stella Smith Cleveland; his children, James Herrin of Banks County, Watson Herrin of Jackson County, Georgia, Sylvia Sanders of Toccoa, Sandra Smith of Toccoa, Martha Galloway of Alto, Kay McCalister of Clarkesville and Shayna Arrowood of Westminster; and his brother Charles Cleveland of Demorest, Georgia. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and thirty-seven great-grandchildren.
