It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Marvin Wilkes (Toccoa, Georgia), born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on May 30, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Wilkes and Bertha "Betty" McGee Wilkes. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole "Nikki" Wilkes Dyer (Trevor) of Toccoa, GA and Lacey MiShea Turner (Adam); his siblings, James Byron "Jamie" Wilkes (Robbin) of Colbert, GA and Gail Wilkes Bridges (Danny) of Jacksonville, FL; and his nephews, Trent Wilkes and Kelly Hairston.
