George William Tubbs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George William Tubbs (Toccoa, Georgia), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on April 21, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Collins" and Frances Evelyn Sacher Tubbs; his wife Martha Jenny Kowles Tubbs; and his son Rev. Paul Jonathan Tubbs. He is survived by: his son David; his daughter-in-law Nancy Tubbs of Toccoa; his daughter Carolyn; and his children-in-law, Rev. Steve Van Valkenburg and Edith "Edie" Lugo Tubbs of Toccoa. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
