He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Norris and Gracie Lee Norris; his wife Alma Christine Bourn Norris; his son Larry Norris (Stephanie) of Hereford, AZ; his stepsons, Kirt Roberts (Cristy) of Las Cruces, NM and Cecil Roberts (Sheryl) of Houston, AK; and his siblings, Gladys Phillips, Vera Phillips and Hershell Norris of Toccoa, GA..
