He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Gray and Virginia Mary McCall Gray; his wife Martha Gray; and his brothers, Gilbert Gray, Henry Gray, Wiley Gray and Douglas Leroy Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Hayes and Faith Heard Cooper (Valdon Cooper); and his sisters, Hilda Teasley, Rosalee Patterson and Lizzie Mae Thomas.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors (333 E Johnson St, Hartwell, GA 30643). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
