With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary William Harper (Toccoa, Georgia), who passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jerrel Harper; his daughters, Jodi H. Spink and Tracy H. Burtz; his sons-in-law, Patrick Spink and George Burtz; and his grandchildren, Nicholas (Melissa), Abbey Spink, Alex and Adam Burtz.
