He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fred and Eunice Sosebee Finley; and his wife Laura Crawford Finley. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Finley Little; his son-in-law Matt of Braselton; his grandchildren, Brandon Brotherton, Cayden and Olivia Little of Braselton, Georgia; his close friend Sara Steele of Toccoa; his brother Roger; his sister-in-law Jane Finley of Toccoa; his sister Ann; his brother-in-law David Mitchell of Martin, Georgia; and his nieces and nephews, Ben Finley of Alpharetta, Melissa, Gary Pera of Daly City, Randy, Cheryl Mitchell of Salisbury, Leann, Chad Cleveland of Bogart, Amy and Jeff Kerwood of Canton, Georgia.
