He was predeceased by: his parents, James Logan Sanders and Rena Ledford Peek; his siblings, Gary Peek and Edna Phillips; and his grandsons, Josh Ammons and Casey Outz.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Sanders of Franklin, Rhonda Jimenez (Miguel) of Franklin, Billy Mote (Lisa) of Toccoa, Diane Funderburk (Larry) of Toccoa and Shannon Ivester (Buffy) of Toccoa; and his siblings, Dallas Sanders of North Carolina, Terry Peek of North Carolina, Clay Peek of North Carolina, Bobby Peek of North Carolina, Velma Randall of North Carolina and Liz Neuenschwander of North Carolina. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Tates Creek Baptist Church, The Happy Agers Group, 4258 Highway 184 North, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 in memory of Mr. Frank Donald Sanders.
