With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emmie Ayers Dewberry (Toccoa, Georgia), born in Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on February 27, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ayers and Lila Kesler Ayers; her husband William "Bill" Dewberry; and her siblings, Gerald Ayers and Lavell Payne.
She is survived by: her son Danny; her daughter-in-law Kelley Dewberry of Toccoa; her granddaughters, Amber Dodd and Morgan Dewberry; her sister Hellon; and her brother-in-law Joe Defoor of Toccoa.
Due to the health and well-being of our community, social distancing must be observed.
