She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewitt LeCroy and Bernice Williams LeCroy (Big Mama); and her daughter Peggy Sosebee Applewhite. She is survived by: her son-in-law Jim Applewhite of Ashburn, Georgia; her grandchildren, Todd Applewhite (Kim) of Chula, Georgia and Jolie Britt (Frank) of Statesboro, Georgia.; her great grandchildren, Abby Calhoun (Rob), Jack Applewhite, Emma Britt and Carter Britt; and her extended family, Helen Knox, Laura Scott, Vickie Andrews and Helen Gilbert.
In addition to flowers, donations can also be made to First Baptist Church of Toccoa or Amedisys Hospice Care of Toccoa.
