He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tamara H. Wilkes and Steve Wilkes; his fiancé Tlicia Eltier Critchlow of Toccoa; his son Lumiere Bleu Wilkes of Toccoa; his brother Dustin Wilkes of Lawrenceville; his stepsisters, Jessie Palmer and Morgan Lee; and his grandparents, Wanda Sheriff of Martin, James Head of Eastanollee, Rev. Dennis and Barbara Wilkes of Toccoa. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
