He is survived by: his children, Jay Fowler (Rachel Stephens) of Toccoa, Chad Fletcher (Amber Smith) of Eastanollee and Kim Brown of Liberty; his brother Aubrey Fowler of Carnesville; his grandchildren, Colt Brown, Jazper Fowler, Malaya Fowler, Laci Fletcher, Briana Fletcher, Ella Fletcher, CJ Fletcher and Jolene Fletcher; his parents-in-law, Helen and Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Casey, Amanda Sheriff, Tammy and Lisa Cammock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home (90 S Pond St, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
