He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Billy Joe, Linda Whiten and Carolyn Ramey. He is survived by: his parents, Luther Lamar Ramey, Jr. of Toccoa and Shonda Whiten Farr of Atlanta; his daughters, I'Jianah Whiten of Elberton and Ivyonna Whiten of Elberton; his stepson Shaunquarius Fruster of Elberton; the mother of his children Candice Fruster; his sisters, Whitlie Gilliam (Travis) of Danielsville, Hannah Maye (David) of Toccoa and Candice Whiten of Toccoa; and his grandfather Luther Lamar Ramey, Sr. of Toccoa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his children in his memory.
