She is survived by: her children, Dana Velez of Mahwah, NJ and Daniel Caruso of New Carlisle, IN; her grandchildren, David Caruso, Daniel Caruso Jr., Amanda Couture, Mario Velez, Nico Velez and Ashley Caruso; and her half-siblings, Harold Radley of North Carolina and Faye Lashua of Port Townsend.
