He is survived by: his children, Linda Carter (Norris Quinn), Stephanie Grafton (Mark Darrough), Patricia, Stacy Pulliam and Erwin Carter; his grandchildren, Ashley, Scott Campbell, Amy, Will Cox, Levi, Megan Pulliam, Sarah Carter, Emmalee Carter and Macie Carter; his great grandchildren, Carter Cox and Jane Cox; and his sister Judy Phillips.
