He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph P. Harper and Viola Bryant Harper; and his sister Judy H. Kimsey. He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Harper Freeman of Martin and Gary; his sister-in-law Tamie Harper of Toccoa; and his nieces and nephews, Angie Bennett (Billy), Kelly Mateos, Scott Freeman (Jessa) and Nicholas Harper.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Whitlock Mortuary (120 Rose Ln, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Stephens Memorial Gardens (3650 GA-17, Toccoa, GA 30577).
