He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Joyce Hicks Bell and Ray Leroy Bell; his sister Angie Bell of Toccoa; his uncle Nick; his aunt Patsy Hicks; his cousins, Shelby Simonini, Tim Hicks and Tommy Hicks; his close friends, Kevin Whitfield, Kim Lathan and Kelly Lathan; and his caregivers, Chasity Adams, Kelly Stephens, Dana Anderson and Angie McCollum.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Whitlock Mortuary, Inc. (120 Rose Ln, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
