He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lowry Harbert and Mattie Lou McCurley Harbert; and his siblings, Lenora Dolly Harbert, Winfred Dennis Harbert, Willie Margie Harbert and Bruce Harbert.
He is survived by: his son Timothy; his daughter-in-law Pamela Noll of Franklin; his brother Jones; his sister-in-law Kathy Harbert of Toccoa; his nieces and nephews, Dathan Harbert and Jodie Fulbright; his sister Virginia Duke of Toccoa; and his nieces and nephews, Donnie Duke, Bryon Duke, Lori Duke McAvoy, Melanie Burton and Ashley Harbert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
