She was predeceased by: her parents, Till Collins and Lila Morgan Collins; and her husband Jimmy L. Howard. She is survived by: her son Mike; her daughter-in-law Cathy Howard; her daughter Connie of Toccoa; her son-in-law Eddie Davis of Toccoa; and her sisters-in-law, Lou White of Eastanollee and Donna Dodd of Charlotte. She is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Due to the health and well-being of our community, social distancing must be observed.
