He was predeceased by: his parent Noah Payne; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Payne and Terry Smith. He is survived by: his parent Mary Etta Shelton Payne; his spouse Pamela Brown Payne; his sons-in-law, Kristen, Evans of Clarkesville, Marie Payne and Larry Turner of Toccoa; his son Nathan Payne of Toccoa; his daughter-in-law Kayla Payne of Toccoa; his sister Wanda Payne of Toccoa; his grandchildren, Kelsie, Kaci, Kyndal, Kyler, Kameron and Kanton; his father-in-law Henry Brown of Toccoa; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Carlan (Larry) and Jeanette Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
