With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Wilburn Henson of Toccoa, Georgia, born in Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on September 28, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Watts and Pauline Hart Henson; and his sister Mary Rawls. He is survived by: his wife Alice McMahan Henson; his sons, Brian Charles (Tama Henson), David Terrell (Tammy Henson) and John Michael (Natalie Henson); his grandchildren, Charles Austin Henson, Brian Matthew Henson, Alex London, Cain Clayton, Connor Henson, Grace Seagraves, Madison Henson, William Fritz, Meradith Henson, Aidan Henson, Logan Henson and Abigail Irvin; his siblings, Frances Penn, Sarah Drill and Frank Henson; and his mother-in-law Dora McMahan. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
