He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Ritcey and Ethel Shakespear Ritcey; his daughter Elaine Moler; his granddaughter Becky Moler; his sister Louise Ann Warren; his wife Eloise Whitworth Ritcey; his son David; his daughter-in-law Laura Ritcey; his daughter Gail; his son-in-law Harold Culbreth; his great grandchildren, McKinley Ritcey, Ava Ritcey and Ella Culbreth; and his brother Robert Ritcey of Florida.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Carnes Creek Baptist Church, 1655 Carnes Creek Road, Toccoa, GA 30577.
