He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Smith of Toccoa; his grandchildren, Kayla Smith, Meyghan Smith, Bo Smith, Peyton Gibby, Logan Gibby and Tori Smith; and his siblings, Connie Nicholson of Toccoa, Mazelle Kellett of Dawsonville, Brenda Cobb of Lavonia, Leon Smith of Toccoa, David Smith of Toccoa, Tyrus of Toccoa, Larry Smith of Carnesville, Johnny Smith of Carnesville and Forrest Smith of Baltimore, Maryland.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
