He is survived by: his parents, Charles Kelley and Diane Denton Kelley of Toccoa; his wife Kathy Knell Kelley; his children, Kasey Kelley of Toccoa, Kaitlyn Kelley of Toccoa and Zack Knell of Toccoa; and his brothers, Joe (Buffy Kelley) and Chuck (Missy Kelley).
