He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Duncan and Ruby Duncan (Seagers) of Toccoa, Georgia.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Llnell Duncan (Chambers); his son Jeffrey Duncan, Sr. (Darlene); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Duncan (Montien), Jenifer Collis (Jake), Allene Veazey and Cody Veazey (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Tinsley, Kaylee, J. C. Collis, Alex Miller and Kayla Brown (Justin); his great great grandchildren, Madi Miller, Kaystin, Reagan Brown and Aubree Veazey; his sisters, Pat Golden (Dan) of Texas and Glenda Haught of Illinois; and his nieces, Angela Pate and Vickie Sell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
