He is survived by: his parents, Robert Bowen of Toccoa and Amanda Garrett of Toccoa; his brother Dustin Garrett of Savannah, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Dwain of Toccoa, Lynn Smith of Toccoa, Hank of Toccoa and Susan York of Toccoa; his great-aunts, Katie Wilson of Thompson, Shelby King of Toccoa and Helen Garrett of Texas; his great-uncle Kenneth; his girlfriend Alyssa Etheridge of Demorest, Georgia; and his close friends, Bryan and Austin Dooley of Toccoa. He is also survived by other friends; and many cousins.
