He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Luke Kelley; and his parents, Walker Kelley and Lizzie Mae Peterman Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Frances Carter Kelley of Toccoa; his nephew Johnny Kelley (Deborah); his nieces, Linda, Nancy and Mary Kelley; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Childers of Toccoa.
