He was predeceased by: his parents, Esco J. Ramey and Ruby McGill Ramey Hall; his wife Louellen Leopard Ramey; and his daughter Martha Dove. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Stephens (Barry) of Jefferson, GA and Joan Ramey of Toccoa; his son-in-law Bobby Dove; his grandchildren, Ashley Stephens, Andrew Stephens (Victoria), Randi Garland (Carson Woodall), Christie Walker (Douglas) and Benny Garland (Kate); his great grandchildren, Cohen Stephens, Ivy Stephens, Jack Garland, Max Garland and Olivia Garland; and his extended family, Jeff, Dena, Megan and Hannah Lunsford.
