He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillard B. Weaver and Bessie Jane Finley Weaver. He is survived by: his son Mitchell Weaver of Cleveland, Georgia; his girlfriend Jeanette Walker of Cornelia; and his siblings, James Weaver of Thomaston, Howard Weaver of McAllen, Texas and Merle Chitwood of Dalton, Georgia.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
